Digital marketplace coordinator

Cortina is an international family business that is active in the clothing and footwear industry. We specialize in developing private label and licensed shoes, as well as managing our own brands: Patrick, Safety Jogger, and SJ.

In addition to classic offline marketing channels such as catalogs and trade shows, we also focus strongly on digital strategies within our company. An important part of this is our investment in digital marketplaces such as Amazon.

We’re seeking a Digital Marketplace Coordinator to work closely with the General Director and our Digital Marketplace Specialist. In this role, you’ll focus on efficiently maintaining and growing our marketplace channels, taking on tasks from operational excellence to campaign coordination for our brands Leomil and Safety Jogger. Job description

  • Supporting daily operations on Amazon and other digital marketplaces, including customer care, account health management, and issue resolution.
  • Assisting in managing and updating product data and content across marketplace platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment, returns, and logistics.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketplace Specialist to analyze sales data and recommend improvements.
  • Aiding in catalog maintenance and advertising keep products relevant and visible.
  • Supporting the implementation of process automation for order management efficiency.
  • Contributing to the launch and relaunch of product listings.
  • Working toward sales targets and enhancing marketplace performance.
  • Managing specific marketplaces independently, depending on experience.

Who are you?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as sales, data, or marketing.
  • You bring experience with Amazon or other marketplaces; familiarity with Amazon FBA or Campaign Manager is an asset.
  • Experience with a marketplace integrator such as ChannelEngine or Rithum is a plus.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy analyzing data to gain actionable insights.
  • You’re a clear communicator and enjoy collaborating as a team to achieve great results.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and take initiative.
