Sales Manager Africa

To further develop our business across Africa, we are looking for an experienced sales manager who is committed to building our African customer network, driving sales and managing a team of local account managers. Key responibilities - What will you do?

  • You are constantly looking for new opportunities to develop our business all over Africa.
  • You are responsible for establishing, developing and managing a network of specialized distributors, dealers and agents in Africa.
  • You are responsible for maintaining long-term partnerships with customers and ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • You are responsible for building and managing a team of local account managers across Africa.
  • You are committed to achieving designated sales targets.
  • You are responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives in your area.
  • You operate within a global company structure.
  • You report to our headquarters in Europe.
  • You will be given a high level of autonomy.

Skills & qualifications - Who are we looking for?

  • You have experience in a relevant sales management role.
  • You have experience in B2B business development with large end-customers in relevant African markets.
  • You have experience with market entry strategies for Africa.
  • You are willing to travel all over Africa and to our headquarters in Belgium.
  • Living in the economic center of an African country is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and French. Any additional languages (such as Arabic) are a plus.
  • You have a strong business understanding.
  • You have the ambition to further grow into a leadership role.
  • Experience with PPE and/or related products is a plus.
