The Fashion Footwear Department is developing a network of agents. In order to speed up sales we look for motivated people who can boost the sales relying on their current contacts and network.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • You work very closely with the Account Managers of Cortina.
  • You are the link between the customer and the different departments of the organization.
  • You communicate enthusiastically with customers every day, both by phone and via email.
  • You are responsible for the follow-up of orders of our customers: confirming and processing orders in the system and following up sent samples.
  • You are aware of each step in the process with the customer and work proactively.
  • You build up an excellent database knowledge.
  • You make agreements concerning deliveries and follow up on the delivery deadline.
  • You monitor the credits with the customer.
  • You follow up on complaints, show understanding and propose solutions.
WHO ARE YOU?
  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
  • You have a solid organizational talent.
  • You have commercial flair.
  • You have a first job experience in a similar function.

Magazijnier - Chauffeur CE

Cortina is een internationaal en innovatief familiebedrijf dat al generaties lang een leidende rol speelt in de schoenen- en modewereld. Naast onze eigen private label collectie met jaarlijks meer dan 2500 stijlen, zetten we ook sterk in op licenties en hebben we onze eigen merken, waaronder Safety Jogger, Patrick en Sprox.

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een magazijnier - chauffeur CE. In deze functie ligt de focus vooral op magazijnwerk, gaande van heftruckopdrachten tot het laden van trucks. Wil jij graag onze nieuwe collega worden? Solliciteer dan bliksemsnel!

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?
  • Reservechauffeur trekker-oplegger (CE) (onze vaste chauffeur werkt niet op woensdag)
  • Chauffeur vaste vrachtwagen (C) (beperkte ritten)
  • Chauffeur bestelwagen (beperkte ritten)
  • Shuttelen tussen de verschillende vestigingen
  • Koerwerk: met de terreintrekker (CE) de trailers tegen en van de kade halen
  • Magazijnwerk:
    • Heftruckwerk: klaarzetten van de goederen voor het laden
    • Laden van goederen op paletten, maar soms ook in wrak
    • Intern magazijntransport
    • Andere magazijntaken gerelateerd aan de stockage van goederen
  • Afhankelijk van de workload en jouw interesses kunnen er technische taken gevraagd worden, zoals het onderhoud van de tuin, parking, ….
Wie ben jij?
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs C (vereist) en CE, een medische schifting en een bewijs van vakbekwaamheid (beter bekend als code 95).
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig
  • Je bent steeds gemotiveerd en enthousiast om aan de werkdag te beginnen!

JOB DESCRIPTION

You are responsible for the online sales of BBS.Shoes:

  • You process the website orders
  • You give suggestions on how we can improve the functioning of our platform
  • You help clients with placing their online orders via our live chat
  • You keep the website up to date (price adjustments, promotions, ...) when your colleague from the marketing department is on leave
  • You work closely with our logistics, marketing and sales departments

You provide administrative support:

  • You follow up on customer questions and complaints by phone
  • You complete customer files
  • You follow up orders, deliveries and returns thoroughly
  • Customer and external agent support

You are responsible for our digital communication:

  • You will work in the back office of a digital environment
  • You are responsible for the rapid answers in our webchat
  • You coordinate questions by mail about deliveries and business-related matters.
WHO ARE YOU?
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • You have a first experience in a similar function.
  • You have an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM-related software is an added advantage.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
  • You have a passion for digital applications.
  • You are administratively but also commercially minded.
  • You have a real hands-on mentality and like to show initiative.
